Refund policy

Return Policy:

In accordance with the right of withdrawal, regulated by articles 52 and following of the European Union Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 days to reconsider their purchase and return the item before this period expires. The shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As already mentioned, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original method of payment within 10 working days. Please remember it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at fun@klipfunplay.com

Additionally, in the case of guaranteed damages, we offer a total replacement of the damaged part.
